Suspect Autism?

Here's a Step-by-step guide to

begin your journey

This page is intended for families who have not yet received an autism diagnosis but are seeking guidance, support, or next steps.

We’re being proactive

  • Free consultation

    1–3 business days

Your journey starts with a free consultation. We’ll take time to listen, learn about your child, and understand your concerns. Whether you’re just starting to ask questions or waiting on a diagnosis, we’re here to provide guidance, clarity, and next steps.

  • Insurance Verification

    1 to 3 business days

After the consultation, we collect your family's insurance information (with consent). We ceck benefits for diagnostic services and ABA therapy coverage.

  • Connecting Families to Diagnosis and Support

We’re actively building partnerships with trusted local diagnostic providers, including developmental pediatricians, psychologists, and neurologists. We're connecting to create a seamless pathway for families—ensuring timely evaluations, clearer communication, and faster access to life-changing support services.

  • diagnostic evaluation

The child is assessed by a licensed professional (e.g., psychologist or developmental pediatrician) to determine if an autism diagnosis is appropriate.

  • Stay in the loop

We’ll reach out every 2–3 weeks with a friendly check-in—just to see how things are going, offer encouragement, and answer any questions. You're not in this alone.

  • Diagnosis confirmation

Families receive official results (typically within 1–2 weeks of the evaluation).

  • Diagnosis confirmed and official intake begins

We move forward with the official intake process—this includes scheduling your child’s ABA assessment, verifying insurance authorization, and preparing a personalized treatment plan to begin services.

Next, you’ll be transferred to our intake team to complete the remaining steps.
