Verify Insurance
ABA therapy often requires pre-authorization. Once we verify your benefits and confirm your interest, our team will request approval. After approval, a BCBA will complete your child’s initial assessment.
We’ve designed our intake process to be simple, supportive, and clear—so you can focus on what matters most: your child.
Once insurance is verified!

Initial assessment and Development of indiviualized treatment plans
Once initial authorization is received, a Client Care Coordinator will schedule your child’s assessment with a BCBA. During the visit, the BCBA will observe your child and discuss language, social, motor, daily living skills, and any behavioral concerns with you.
-
RBT Pairing & Program Launch
The RBT will begin working one-on-one with your child to follow a custom therapy plan designed by the BCBA. This plan focuses on building important skills and reducing challenging behaviors in a way that’s fun, supportive, and consistent.
-
Progress Monitoring & BCBA Oversight
As therapy begins, your child’s progress is closely tracked by the RBT and regularly reviewed by the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). The BCBA makes updates to the plan as your child grows, ensuring that the therapy stays effective, goal-focused, and tailored to your child’s needs.
